Health care and other professionals share their expertise and offer participants access to information and resources. These informal sessions provide a comfortable environment for questions and answers. Cancer Awareness Series Join us for our Series that provides the latest information on cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery presented by physicians and health care professionals. Topical presentations are designed to inform and educate with ample time to ask questions. The sessions are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the given month at the handicapped accessible Susan P. Wheatlake Cancer and Wellness Center. Free of charge and open to everyone interested in learning more about cancer and wellness, we look forward to seeing you! The Wheatlake Center is a part of Mecosta County Medical Center and is supported by the Susan P. Wheatlake Women's Cancer and Wellness Fund which is an endowed fund that is held and managed by the Mecosta County Medical Center Foundation, a non-profit organization 501(c)3.
